Well, I measured myself yesterday and weighed myself, so I’m currently 160lbs at five foot even. My highest weight has been 167 pounds, my lowest being 130lbs. I can’t wait to see if I can get to my goal weight.

But I guess I’ll start here with an introduction.
Hello, my name is Amy, and I’m 18 years old. My goal for this fitblr is to erase the bad habits that have been ingrained in my life by society, my family and myself and to try and avoid the path of obesity and diabetes that has affected my family.
I’m 5’0” tall and at the beginning of this change in my life, I weigh 160lbs, meaning I have a BMI of 31.2, putting me on the lower side of obesity in BMI talk. But obesity is still obesity, and this means that I have to travel all the way through the overweight part of the BMI scale to get into my goal of 115lbs or at a BMI of 22.5.
That means that I have until my 19th birthday, or 7.5 months to lose 45 pounds. So let’s do this thing!
